if any one would really like to know and see the what really happend you can reach me at sgtrockone@yahoo.com
I did bail enforcement for 17 years before I went to the other side and started bonding people out 4 years ago in all that time I have never even come close to any thing like this if you would like to see what the Iowa law is on this you can look it up under Iowa Code 811.8 and you will see that the jail did not need any paperwork from the courts they needed it from us and we had it
and to let people know he was not stuck in a garage at all he was in our office and I had 4 dogs here and 3 people to watch him he was on a $10,000.00 bond and I do not kno0w about any of you but I was not going to just say ok they will not take you so have a good day and yall come back now hear. any one that is intrested I will show them any think they want to see that it was all done by the law it is the Clay County Sheriffs office that dropped the ball and messed up.I can also show that he was not held even close to 24 hours let alone 4 days like the lady said do to the fast we did not even pick him up until late in the day on the 7 of Oct 09 and had him back in the jail on the 8th about 3 PM in what was said by the Sheriffs The complaint, filed by Cindy Brokens of Scotch Grove, on Aug. 31, suggested the false imprisonment occurred over a four-day period of time. only thing wrong with that was we did not even pick him up until the 7th of October so how could we have held him for 4 days what we have here is the Sheriffs office not doing there job and investigating what they were doing. and yes we are going after the lady for her bit and the Sheriffs office for what they did
